Following a call for tenders, CNP Assurances has renewed its mandate with CACEIS, the front-running European asset servicing group. CNP Assurances is a leading player in personal and property insurance in France, Europe and Brazil, and has renewed its servicing mandate with CACEIS for the next five years. The mandate covers custody services for around €260 billion in assets, as well as middle-office services for securities financing transactions.
CACEIS has been providing custody services to CNP Assurances since 2006 when former IXIS IS clients migrated to CACEIS. Since then, the mandate’s scope has broadened to include middle-office and cash management services.
