OLIS, a fast-evolving client portal

CACEIS is upgrading the OLIS client portal to better meet client needs. The changes involve new services, self-care features and enhancements which are scheduled to go live by the end of this year

Major developments to further raise client servicing standards

CACEIS’ client portal, OLIS, provides easy access to services and to real-time business information via dashboards and display screens. In recent years, CACEIS introduced self-care features to OLIS, enabling clients to open, modify and close accounts themselves and manage invoicing elements. This year, CACEIS is continuing the innovation, making improvements in the following areas:

Corporate Action monitoring and search optimisation

The corporate action monitoring module has been enhanced with new features allowing all types of events to be viewed, including mandatory corporate actions.

"Based on client feedback, we have made improvements to the search function, including filters for securities accounts and ISINs. Being able to select single or multiple elements, streamlines the transaction monitoring process." explains Sabine Iacono, Group Head of Digital.

Optimisation work to provide a better user experience

CACEIS is constantly working to improve OLIS and its latest goal has been to optimise performance, especially in terms of widget refresh rates. Developments are focussed on improving key features like monitoring settlement processes, CSDR penalties and corporate action. This is an ongoing project that has the goal of extending the scope of monitoring and introducing alerts around response times.

New dashboards covering Forex risk

OLIS’ new dashboards enable clients to monitor Forex hedging risk and provide detailed KPIs. With a range of filters and data display options, the dashboards allow clients to set up a bespoke monitoring system that best suits their business needs.

Additional services rolling out by year-end

Client’s own OLIS administrators will have access to the new self-care feature from November, which makes it easy to set up and manage new users. Using the self-care feature to create a new user, admins can simply clone the profile of another user with the same rights thereby streamlining user account creation.

The Connect Store will also benefit from a roll out of new features. Clients will be able to perform portfolio carbon emission assessments, PERES clients will be able to generate additional regulatory reports, and new money market fund reports will be available. Through a series of webinars, we will present the use-cases for each of these new features.

CACEIS is also developing a specialised support chatbot that will be integrated into OLIS. Froggy, the AI-powered assistant, will help clients find the information they want and give tips for using the services we offer.

"These service enhancements again show our focus on the client experience and on using innovative tech to provide increasingly efficient services that meet their business requirements.", concludes Sabine Iacono
