In recent years, CACEIS has grown significantly through successive mergers and integrations to become a Group of more than 7,000 employees with an increasingly international footprint in 17 countries. Facing a strong integration/cultural challenge, CACEIS has defined a common culture aiming at leveraging our differences, create a sense of belonging and foster our motivation to better serve its clients.
Our four values
CACEIS has defined a set of corporate values that employees can relate to in order and will guide its actions on a daily basis. These values are the cornerstone of its common culture and the mark of belonging to the Group. They can be applied both internally and with clients.
