This list is currently being reviewed as a result of the transfer of ownership of RBC Investor Services Bank S.A. to CACEIS and related changes of operating models. For a period after completion, the RBC group has agreed to provide certain transitional services on a temporary basis to the CACEIS group, and vice versa, to facilitate the orderly separation of the two groups. As part of these transitional services, IS Group entities may be transferring data to entities within the RBC group, in which event the external entities may be considered as sub-processors.
